findings tenants and will handles all leases administration services which
includes: new leases, renewals, and expirations.
· Maintenance
South Florida Condominium Management, Inc. will proactively handle
building maintenance requirements, vendor relations, 24/7 response to
emergencies and tenant maintenance reports or problems. We also
provide a written, monthly inspection report to all property owners
detailing the current conditions of the property, common areas, building
systems, common areas and both tenant and property issues. To
minimize costly repairs, we implement full preventive maintenance
schedules, maintain continual contact with tenants and monitor the
performance of on-site personnel.
